| Job Description |
SecureCom is a building systems contractor profiding engineered system
solutions including: Building Controls, Fire/Life Safety Systems,
Security/Access Control, Nurse Call, and Communication Systems.
We have the
following full-time opening:
Service Coordinator - Hourly
wage DOE. Benefits package includes health/vision/dental, paid holiday/vacation,
& 401K retirement plan.
Responsibilities include daily review of alarm
activity reports, maintaining customer databases for alarm monitoring, receiving
customer calls for service and coordinating schedule and dispatching of
technicians, and general administrative duties for the service department.
Requires excellent customer service and telephone skill, ability to multi-task,
and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Applicants with alarm industry
experience preferred however will train individual with similar trade experience
